Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" on the product page.
Customized Products: Items that were made just for you with your specifications.
3. How to Return or Exchange Items
Here's what to do:
Contact Us: Email us at pktissu@gmail.com or call +923174305604 within 7 days of getting the item. Give us your order number, explain the issue, and include photos if you can.
Approval: Once we say it's okay, we'll give you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and tell you how to send the item back.
Packaging: Put the product back in its original package with all the tags and labels.
Shipping: You pay for sending the item back, unless it's damaged or wrong.
Refund or Exchange: When we get the item back and check it, we'll either give you your money back or send you a new item, depending on what you want and what's available.
4. When Will You Get Your Refund?
We'll process refunds within 5 business days after getting the returned item. How long it takes to show up in your account depends on your payment method and bank.
